Delicious food! Easy to customize your bowl based on dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, etc). Staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Indoor or outdoor seating, super clean!

Had a really really good experience at Gully Kitchen. Kudos to our dear Tushar brother & entire gully kitchen team for the great work and shoutout to his wife Aakshi didi who played a role in the Interior’s. The interiors are beautifully done with very aesthetic yet warm and welcoming feel. Its the place where you can enjoy food with your loved ones!!👏👏👏 The menu is genuinely unique, presenting the indian street food in a modern way and the food quality is excellent. Everything tasted fresh, the hygiene standards were impressive, and you can tell there’s a lot of attention to detail. Definitely try their ICED CHAI such a unique concept and surprisingly good. The Butter Chicken Bowl and Lamb Smash Burger were also too good and die for!!!!!! Overall, a place I’d happily recommend. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something different and tasty!! Honestly, I’ve travelled and eaten at some amazing places in the US, but it’s hard to find a restaurant there with this kind of food, vibe and attention to detail — Gully Kitchen has something truly special going on. As this place just opened they shot the standards through the roof! It’s such a beautiful place with Indian food served like you never seen before! The food is so good and put together in such a creative way from sandwiches to bowls! I’m vegetarian and there’s plenty of options to eat here! I had the paneer sandwich with vegetable samosas and they were executed so well! The atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly and welcoming, and the food is AMAZING! So happy to have a different style of Indian food near me and I will DEFINITELY be coming back again!

Great space and lively atmosphere! I got the butter chicken bowl (gluten free) and it was really good. I have a low spice tolerance so I definitely thought it had a kick, but it wasn’t TOO spicy for me. Plus the mango lassi helped combat the heat. Also enjoyed the Good Karma drink, refreshing with a little zing. I’ll for sure be returning!

We had such a wonderful experience at The Gully Kitchen! The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food was flavorful, unique, and delicious, with a creative modern twist on Indian cuisine. They also have a lounge upstairs, making it a great spot to enjoy food and hang out. And if you’re looking for a late-night food spot, they’re open until 3:00 AM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays! It’s definitely a great new spot to check out in Bethlehem! Highly recommended! We can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu! ❤️🍽️
